Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → The M Pass. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I'm a Pro subscriber but content is locked.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Recipes, the Cellar, the Bar, and saved tasting menus are available without a connection.
How do I save a recipe or a built menu?
Tap Save on any recipe, or build a menu in the Arc and save it. Saved items live on your device under Saved.
