Last updated: June 2, 2026By downloading or using The M Pass (the "app"), published by WETYR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
Subscriptions
The M Pass offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Pro") with weekly, monthly, and yearly options, including a free trial period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Content and safety
Recipes, pairings, and techniques are provided for general informational and culinary purposes. You are responsible for safe food handling, allergens, alcohol consumption, and compliance with local law. The app is not a substitute for professional advice.
Intellectual property
All original recipes, text, and design are owned by WETYR. Restaurant and producer names are referenced descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WETYR is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
